We are committed to small class sizes as we realize that in the formative years of children, class sizes do matter. Our commitment to classes averaging 25 children will give you, the teacher, the opportunity to provide greater personal attention to each student. This will almost certainly lead to better student performance and, in a more practical terms will spare you, for example, the mundane aspects of correcting the assignments and tests of overloaded classes.Modern, well designed work environment

The salary offered will take into consideration your current pay scale as well as your track record as a teacher. For applicants currently under the RCSC payscale, we will MATCH your current gross income (including contract and teaching allowances as well as other benefits) PLUS offer you up to a 20% increment on your basic pay. Please note however that the extent of increment will depend greatly on your track record as a teacher, so be sure to bring us the lists of students you've taught along with their results (batch wise).

While we are not setting a deadline for application submissions we will be evaluating applications as they arrive, and will be taking early decisions for candidates whom we find to be sufficiently qualified.
